Since leaving art college, between commissions and exhibitions, I have had numerous part time jobs to help supplement my income from which I have gained stimuli and commissions; from working with horses and children through to assisting a chimney sweep, preparing bar snacks, teaching, working as an editorial assistant on a gardening magazine and working as a film extra.

While working as a film extra, during the long periods of waiting around I often sketch my fellow film extras, it is very good practice for me.

I have sold world wide. Commissions have included animal and human portraiture, on the spot sketching at parties and events, which have included sketches of pet ferrets and a perregrine falcon, decorative screens, murals, stage scenery and art work for advertising. I have also produced pictures which have been auctioned at parties, notably some large scale polo action pictures and cake paintings.
